Refund policy

All returns and exchanges must be brought back within 14 days of purchase. Items returned within the first 7 days will be eligible for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit. Items brought back after the 7-day but before the 14-day mark are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of damages with all tags attached, and receipt must be present.

To initiate a return or exchange for an online order, please email info@shopbaseboutique.com within 7 days of date the order was marked "Delivered." Please include your Order # and Item and Reason for Return in the email. Once approved, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Your return must be postmarked and on its way back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label or the return will be canceled. Once the item is received back, we will examine the item and issue your refund. For exchanges on online orders, you must return the original item and place another order for the new item.
