Shipping policy

Shipping Options:

FREE In-Store or Curbside Pickup (local orders only)

After an online pickup order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent automatically. A second email will be sent when the order has been fulfilled and is ready to be picked up. Please wait to pickup until the second "Ready for Pickup" message has been received. Pickup orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 hours if order is received during store hours. Pickup orders will be held for 14 days after ready for pickup email has been sent. Any orders left not picked up after the 14 days will be donated or put back on the floor and will not be refunded. If you prefer curbside pickup, you can pull into one of the spots in front of the store and call us when you arrive and we will bring your order out to you.

Shipping (US only)

All online orders will be charged an automatic $5 shipping fee. Shipping is free for all orders over $150. Orders typically ship out within 24 hours if order is placed during store hours. After an online shipping order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent automatically. A second email will be sent when the order has been fulfilled and has shipped via USPS. Once the package has been picked up by USPS, we are not responsible for the package if it is lost, stolen, or damaged.
